Check-In Contact: Please come to our office located at the General Store/Village Reception Building. Check the MAP for directions. Check-In-Time: Saturday to Thursday From 3:00p.m to 8.00p.m. Friday 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time. Check-Out-Time: 11:00 a.m. Late check out must be pre-arranged. Late check out fees apply. Housekeeping: All properties are self catered, the units include toiletries, sheets, towels and fully equipped kitchens with complimentary coffee/tea starter basket. Kitchens are to be maintained by the guest, upon departure full housekeeping services are provided. If your stay is over 7 days we will do a sheet and towel change, vacuuming and garbage removal. All our units have a washer and dryer, or there is one on the premises (except Strata Way #48 only has a dryer). If desired additional daily housekeeping services are available at extra cost, please inquire. Telephone Calls: Local calls are free. All long distance calls require a major credit card or Telephone calling card. Not all units have phones. No Pets and No smoking allowed. (we do have pet units) CANCELLATION POLICY
PENALTIES Customer Discretion: Please keep in mind that you are renting someone‘s home. Reservations are for a set number of guests. Washington Way Chalets must be notified of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the owner. Washington Way Chalets reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
