All deposit and rental monies are deposited into a trust account according to the requirements of the BC ministry of the Solicitor General.

VISA AND MASTERCARD ACCEPTED

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

SEASONS & BOOKING PERIOD

• Winter season December 09 2011 to April 12 2012
• Summer Season July 01 2012 to September 16 2012
• Two night minimum for vacation homes for mid week and weekends
• Four night minimum for vacation homes in Holiday season Dec 17 2011 to Jan 01 2012

CHECK-IN

• Check-in at our office in the General Store building on Mount Washington. Please see map

Office open winter season 4.00 to 8.00pm Saturday to Thursday 4:00 to 10:00 Fridays or by previous arrangement

CHECK-OUT

• 11:00 am from Vacation Homes

POLICIES TO BE AWARE OF

• You are renting someone's home. Vacation Homes have a set number of guests, please respect the maximum occupancy in each home.
• No smoking indoors
• A $500 Cdn. security deposit imprint is required for all properties.

TAXES

• 12% HST on Vacation Homes.

CLEANING FEES on stay less than four days one time fee upon departure

• $50.00Cdn. cleaning fee for all one bedroom vacation homes
• $90.00Cdn. cleaning fee for all two bedroom vacation homes
• $125.00Cdn cleaning fee for all three bedroom vacation homes
• $150.0 Cdn cleaning fee for all four bedroom vacation homes
• $200.0 Cdn cleaning fee on all five bedroom vacation homes

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 45 days before arrival date

DEPOSIT

• 50% of your total rental price will be processed as your reservation deposit.
• Balance due 45 days before arrival date

PENALTIES

Sufficient notice of 45 days
- Full refund less $100 administration fee

• Less than 45 days notice for - Loss of deposit and balance
• No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures
